Marin LOVED her Little Mermaid kite. A neighbor boy took over Jaren's kite that Jaren had got it up as high as it would go. He kept yelling, "My kite is higher than yours!!" Marin nicely replied, "...but mine is beautifuler!!"
I went inside with Marin and Cara and "helped" Cara give Kate and Marin a bath. Really, I didn't help. Cara had pulled Kate out of the tub when Marin said, "Mom, I want someone REALLY NICE to help get me out of the tub," and pointed at me. :) I wrapped her in a towel and was walking with her into her room and then she said, "Callie, I love you!!"
I love you too Marin!
I told my mom about this story on Sunday and she said, "Enjoy it now, you'll never hear THAT from your kids!"
Jaren and Mitch worked hard to put in a new swing set that Mitch had built. I know it will be a hit. I know I'm excited, I love to swing! ;)
On Sunday, we went over to Brigham City to spend time with my mom and my siblings. We helped make a delicious dinner and gave my mom all her presents!! She is our Queen!!
During nap time, I convinced my little sister Kennady to let me take her out on a photo shoot. It was my very first one and I wasn't quite sure what to have her do, but I think the pictures turned out great. Kennady is gorgeous!!
Afterward, we headed back to Logan and headed out to Avree's house for delicious Mango ice cream. Jaren had fun teasing Marin and almost got tackled by all the girls. Good thing he is too tough to let that happen!!
